Healthy Living Miles Apart

We can post our food choices of the day- exercise- feelings- things we're trying- menu's and recipes... and of course... general bitching. I miss ya'll! Lots.

  1. Awesome!! Today this is the plan: I had 2 pieces of cinnamon toast, sucking down some coffee.

    Lunch: Soup 'R Salad....can't be too bad, right?

    Afternoon snack: fruit. Mal has cheer practice from 3 - 5, then tumbling at 6pm.

    Dinner plan: ?? Maybe some either fish, or roasted chicken? We have some white wine marinated roasted chicken left. Need some green veggies in there.....
